Anyone! No experience is required for entry-level positions. As long as you are physically fit, willing to work offshore, and meet basic requirements (such as a high school diploma for most roles), you can apply.

Do I need experience to get hired?

No! We provide 100% paid training to get you certified and job-ready.

What certifications do I need?

It depends on the job, but most positions require Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET). We cover 100% of your training costs (50% upfront, 50% reimbursed with your first salary).

How much will I get paid?

Salaries start at $65,000 per year for entry-level positions and go up to $120,000+ per year for skilled roles like Drillers and Crane Operators.

What are the working hours and schedule?

Offshore workers follow a 28 days on / 28 days off rotation, working 12-hour shifts (day or night).

Will the company handle my visa and travel?

Yes! We cover all visa and travel costs, including flights and transport. Your flight to Houston, Texas, is fully covered, and from there, you will be transported to the offshore site by helicopter.

Where will I live while working offshore?

Our offshore facilities provide comfortable and modern accommodations with:
